Audio Switch Box
As in many hams shacks my PC is shared between several radio equipment . It is not convenient to connect and disconnect many cables (receiver audio output, microphone input and transmit-receive line) when changing modes or radios. In order to simplify operations, I have built the simple switch box described below. While not a sophisticated unit, this simple box makes the operation of my station a lot easier than before.

Switch S1 connects the output of the PC Sound card to the transceiver microphone input or to an external audio amplifier. Thus I can monitor any signal coming from the PC sound card in the loudspeakers associated with the amplifier before switching it to the transceiver input.
As the audio outputs of my transceivers are not equal, I can adjust their levels with R4, R5 R6 to obtain a constant voltage at J3 whatever the equipment used.
